“Great plant, super eco delivery with no packaging!!! Which is great. None of those polystyrene balls in the soil, that you get from other online plant delivery providers. Thank you! Am super pleased.”

“The tree is fantastic The reason for 3*s is that I was not given a 1h delivery slot on the day, only the original 12h slot. it arrived at 8.15pm so I stayed in all day waiting. I ordered this tree online for convenience and it was very inconvenient.”

“Best Christmas tree we have had in years. I was super skeptical about ordering online, however, having a new baby and a hand injury meant getting a tree was going to be very hard. The tree is fantastic, a great shape, very green, no pines have dropped and it smells lovely. We will definitely be ordering from here again next year! Thanks very much”

“For a real treat this year we got two trees, one for upstairs and one for down. This is my first time ordering from The Stem and it knocked the socks of the usual place in London we got the other tree from. Beautiful tree, lush and healthy, and really fragrant. Delivery prompt and easy to track. Next year we'll be getting both trees from here for sure.”

“I was disappointed by the delivery experience. I wrote a delivery note that I'll be home and they should loudly knock on the door and I'll receive a message with one hour window of when the delivery will arrive. None of that happened and when I found the plant that I ordered it was overturned. It was cold and I don't know for how long the plant was staying outside but thankfully it survived. I'm guessing that someone had to kick the plant to overturn it as it wasn't even that windy. The plant had a few leaves broken because of that.”
