“I 100% don't like the fact that I lose access to the content creators I've already paid for once I pause my account. The videos and interactions that I made should always be avalyaibe If I purchased that number of connections. We plan on moving to a different service not because your service is bad but because we have no plans to make investments in time, money, and influencers on a platform that holds our investments hostage.”

“The site was easy to use and navigate. However, almost all of the influencers did not specialize in anything, even if they had a lot of followers. Their accounts were really random, so I didn't feel as though my products were a good fit. I think they should be screened for content quality.”

“Nice platform. For Vividus Sports, we would love to see more golf or tennis influencers. That said, the girls we have worked with have been great.”

“I have had a few decent collabs from this app. However most of the businesses in here are either pending launch, the businesses have just opened or they are very small businesses. So if you are looking for your dream collab with a big name beauty brand…. I suggest trying another app.”

“Some of the brand deals are honestly insulting (offering a 50% discount on an item -- meaning the influencer is expected to PAY to promote an item). Doesnt feel like there are any checks and balances. I've reached out TWICE when I was sent an items with severe quality issues and I didn't feel comfortable going through with the collaborations. Those emails were ignored. Do better”

“We've had problems with SocialCat for a few years now. We tried them out originally when they launched and found that too many of the influencers were taking the product and not following through with making good content. I was very excited a year later to see that SocialCat had made improvements to their platform which allowed for rating of influencers so that if they didn't follow through with their end of the obligations, you could rate and report them appropriately. We decided to give them another shot and it ultimately ended up with disappointment yet again. $99 was paid for their plan which is supposed to match you with "up to 25 matches per month", and "200 prospects per month". The problem we ran into was that 90% of the prospects were completely unrelated to our niche. We are in the food niche, and they were matching us with accounts that promote lifestyle, fashion, etc and we ran out of 200 prospects so quickly that we weren't able to even use our account to try and find matches for more than half of our billing period. To make things worse, we only had 6 collaborations instead of the 25 we paid for, and they all found us through opportunities, making their prospecting system completely irrelevant. We dealt with Caitlin on multiple occasions when trying to find out what was going on and she was responsive, and friendly but had a certain tone she was using and we felt as though she was insinuating that our brand didn't meet the "top-calibre creators" that they offered. Rather than trying to keep us as a customer, we were dismissed. We paid them $99 for the monthly fee, expected to be able to find 25 matches, and ended up with 6. I can find 6 myself on Instagram, so we canceled. I would love the chance to try the service again in the future, but they have a lot of work to do on their platform before it's fair. You shouldn't be limited to how many prospects you can find if the only ones they're finding for you are irrelevant to your niche.”
