“Just ok so far. I have not gotten a resolution on one of my problems with an influencer who was not responsive to me and about to report another one for not being responsive after one month. However they have had my product for over a month and full of excuses. I am unsure if they can just take things and not follow instructions but it cost small businesses money to ship and provide free product. We are already taking a chance and I do not believe they understand that as a small business, everything matters to our bottom line. Social Kat must do better with this.”

“It's very easy to use and I've collaborated with many good brands. I just wish I could get more than 10 opportunities a day, since the majority of them are not in my niche.”
