“What a great service, this has been a great addition to my business. I have worked with lovely influencers I have been introduced by Joe, they have been selected well for my neiche. Joe is always on hand to answer all my questions and always works with me to make my experience better. I have been using Sociakat for months and will continue using. I would recoment them to any brands that need help with advertising.”

“A great way to find brands and support them, some of which I’d never know about. Only downside is there’s a lot of the same, also brands match with you then never follow up or send item for review.”

“Hi Team, The product is a great idea but your platform is a little difficult to track and you changed it in the middle of my subscription so I had to get used to another layout and set up half way through. I think you should have basically a spreadsheet style instead of a list where you can see all your different matches and potential matches in the different status'. The status' themselves could potentially do with some refinement and you need to be able to filter via the status' so you can work on a particular set of people, update them, check up on them etc. It is also worth noting that going through all the instagram accounts of the people I had matches with on one evening got me banned from instagram for a couple of days which was quite damaging so a drip feed would be better, or a warning maybe? Then you should propose templates of expectations for the influcers so we know what to ask of them and what is acceptable and what to expect, this was very tricky, wanting the most from people without wanting to offend them by asking too much just for free products. These templates or levels they could sign up to prior to contact so you know what you are getting both sides and it is more regulated. Thanks Sophie”

Hi Sophie, Thanks so much for the constructive feedback, we took note of it and we will discuss this internally. I can see multiple ideas we could implement or add to our roadmap. I do like especially the one with the expectation template for influencers. At the same time, we do need to investigate the ban from Instagram. We're not sure entirely how is this related to us, to be honest, but we will have a look into it. Thanks again. The Social Cat Team

“I was very sceptical at first as I didn’t see much impact from the weeks trial. However within 2 to 3 weeks of having started the trial, I started to see the content that the creators had posted for me. I signed up for the monthly subscription and very quickly I was getting followers, sales and lots of interaction. Customer service from Joe is first class! I thoroughly recommend social Kat it’s enabled me to reach lots of creators that I wouldn’t have ordinarily been able to to make contact with. I’ve had some amazing posts, reels and pictures that have given me content to post on other sites. I think this is the best platform for small brands and micro influences to connect. Give it a go you won’t regret it!”

“I've had some really good gifted collaborations with Social Kat. The process is straightforward, I get an email everyday with a brand match which I either say yes or no to. The brands will then get in touch and we take it from there. If you like reviewing products on Instagram then check them out.”
