“My experience with social cat has been pretty disappointing. Although, the customer service is good the standard of influencers and communication has been poor. I have had to chase up 'influencers' and only received satisfactory content with one. Another content I was given by the influencer was very poor despite a brief provided - I was then not able to contact the individual further and hoped social cat would chase it up after you marked content as not being satisfactory but they do not seem to do this. Another has failed to provide anything and even initially lost the product! I am still chasing her up but social cat wants you to pay to just access the inbox features when if I have not been satisfied and the deadline is long overdue, I do not think I should still have to pay to chase the 'influencer' up. It has not been worth it so I could not recommend it, unfortunately.”

“Social cat is okay, there are some gifted collabs and paid but to get paid you must complete 5 gifted and get 5 star reviews from each, which isn’t a problem but not all sellers leave reviews.”

“Seems like a good idea, but there is no recourse if an "influencer" accepts product but never produces any posts/reels/stories/whatever you agreed on in your contract. I lost hundreds of dollars of product on a match that didn't post a thing- we are now far past the deadline. No response from Social Cat after I contacted them about the issue. You are basically on your own and have to hope that your matches are honest.”
