“I haven't found this platform great. Many brands have been poor at communication, or not bothered at all to reply to messages or send items, that were supposed to arrive? For this reason I am not using the platform anymore.”

Hey Maryanne! Thanks for this review! While Social Cat focuses mostly on matching brands and influencers, currently, we work to improve what happens after the match as well, which is Engagement. Exactly what you mentioned above. Initially, we started Social Cat to solve a pain we all had: find the right brands and start working with them or find the right influencers for your brand. This is already something we solve and from feedback, we do it well, but we will focus more on Engagement and Product in the following months. Thanks for being with us!
