I've been on Social Cat for a few weeks, and so far; the experience has been pleasant to connect brands and me together, as I build my experience, portfolio, and following. That aspect has been 5 stars, but the website itself needs a lot of upgrades to be more user-friendly. Using it on desktop is fluid, but on my iPhone, the inbox area is horrible. To elaborate, when there is a string of messages, and I scroll to the top of the conversation, the website forces the messages to scroll back down to the bottom, where the typing box is located. I had to go on my desktop to see an earlier message that contained all the product features and the required hashtags. Furthermore, when I do want to use the typing box to compose my message, there is a quick-menu that overlays the area. This is the menu that has fast buttons for "leave review," "contract," "mark unread," etc. I cannot see what I am typing, or going back to edit a typo is cumbersome. There needs to be some sort of feature that has the shipping/tracking incorporated into the collabroation. I already emailed Social Cat about this, but there was an instance where the shipping got stuck, and I started receiving reminders from Social Cat that I needed to create my video in "x" amount of days, when I still had no product. And the menu/navigation in the upper right corner should be on every page. Some pages do not have it, and I have to type in "thesocialcat.com" into my address bar, just so I can get back to my dashboard. Those are my experiences thus far, and I do intend everything I have said as constructive and hopefully helpful input. The benefits of this website far outweigh the minor inconveniences. Thank you. PS-- on this survey, Social Cat is spelled with a "K;" Social Kat.

I really like Social Cat and the fact that it helps me sign up to help brands. The only thing that I wish is when the brands don't send the product as promised after the contract has been signed we can cancel without it reflecting negatively on us.

It's a great platform which cuts out agencies, making it far more affordable. I would say, that the monthly rolling contract could be better. It's great not to have the commitment of a long term contract, but to loose access to the dashboard while there are pending agreements for content that has not been delivered yet, feels like an unfair offering. It would be more supportive if there was a cut off of licences within that monthly membership instead, until the monthly payment or credits were purchased to start again from a new month. The rolling month works for me as I may have more or less time. But with that, as a business owner, I need that fleibility and access to manage this out side of the day to day task which are at a higher priority. I hope this helps! Thanks team

I have used Social Cat for over 2 years now, and I've found it a really helpful platform for working with brands on content collaborations. The platform has involved significantly since it started - and I hope to see it grow further in the future.

Social Cat has been a great way to connect with brands and find some new campaigns! Although some of the campaigns are definitely from smaller brands, and it is hard to find any paid collaborations, it's a great start to build relationships, and Social Cat makes it easy to track requests, messages, and campaign progress!

The platform definitely connects brands with creators. I've been able to work with multiple brands because of social cat and diversify my portfolio due to the variety of available campaigns. There a few things that could improve the platform: ability to see my own reviews and ratings from brands so that I can improve, ability to see all the campaigns I applied even the ones that didn't accept or respond, reminder of deadlines, brand accountability for lack of response and shipping timeliness. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the platform. Thank you

The concept is brilliant, but in our experience, we keep blinking with people who do not meet the terms of our contract. I will definitely be very subscribing when we can afford to do paid collaborations.

So far it’s working out OK. I’ve had two creators completely not respond after they initially reached out. One that move up to paid status from gifted status and one whose IG was suspended on her. As for the collabs I have set up, one was fantastic. Very personable and supportive, the other mainly just went through the motions. I have another that should be posting soon. So the results have been all over the place, but it’s the first month and I’m learning too. I will continue for another month, probably through the holidays and then reassess.

Great platform but they recently changed the search options for collabs and mine never seem to show without me clearing all filters. SC has some fab collabs and I’ve done two so far. I also used to get a daily email with all the opportunities but now it’s only once a week or so.

Interface is very easy to use and I like that they don’t send too many emails. I wish they had a bigger collection of brands, however. The amount tends to fluctuate.

I would have to say since I’ve joined social cat, I’ve had two people come in to get services And they were both very happy and left a great video on Instagram. the other two canceled last minute on their appointments, after I set aside, time to do their hour long appointment, it was a little disappointing. We haven’t had that many more people reach out to us, and we are in Austin, which is a major city.

So far I’ve enjoyed social cat. I do wish that the opportunities were tailored specifically to my niche and that collaborators responded / rated faster. In time, I’m sure this could be a 5 star app.
