“I have used several platforms for collaboration in the past, but the wide list of brands found on social media and seamless process of communication makes it so much better than most of the creator platforms out there. “I love this app and the ability to try and promote a variety of products. The companies I have worked with have been great. My two areas for improvement is occasionally I accidentally press the “not the right fit” button and then it is gone forever. I wish there was an option to review the declined ones, similar to being able to look through your email trash in case you accidentally delete an email. I also don’t feel the app is learning from my choices. I am constantly asked about clothing, jewelry etc when I chose food as my main area of interest.”

“The portal is very good and is pretty much self explanatory. The monthly charges are not bad either compared to others out there. We did get few collaborations and had good learnings from the platform: - Always ask how much time the influencer will take to make the video. You will be surprised that not everybody makes it within 2 to 3 days. Usually they take 2 to 3 weeks after they receive the product! - Not all influencers do a good job with the video as they promise and end up making a low quality video without them speaking or factually showing their face it. I could do have done it myself using TikTok app. But oh well! - My suggestion would be to plan ahead and keep boxes ready for shipping as soon as the membership starts. - Now about the platform, I like the concept very much because it’s affordable and they have really good influencers. But us being a startup can’t afford to get all the reviews in one month we need to stagger them. I wish they would offer a lower inactive pricing instead of $19/month. - Also please give us an option to download the content. We did pay for it even though it was a basic plan. Every review costs us our product+shipping+SocialCat fee. So please factor that in for mom&pop companies. - overall a wonderful platform, I would give them five stars and highly recommend any when looking for influencer marketing. - Will be signing up again in few months.”

“I'd give Social Cat 0 starts if I could. I'm really disappointed and this was a waste of my money. 1. The pricing structure was not the same as I saw advertised on Facebook. 2. I got lots of opportunities for the first week, but then it petered out and I wasn't even able to find ten people to collaborate with. 3. Lots of the creators were unresponsive after I accepted the matches. 4. It's really expensive for not a lot of outcome. 5. Of the 10 matches I could have had, 3 posted content, 3 have been shipped product and are unresponsive, and the last 4 didn't respond to the match. Which basically means that of the 10 I paid for, I got 3 AND lost money on sending product to another 3. 6. When you cancel, you lose everything - you can't even finish the collabs you were in the middle of, so if you've shipped products, it's just money down the drain. DO NOT sign up for this company.”

Our current pricing is always available on our website and within each brand account's Plan & Billing section. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. As for cancellations, while brands have the option to cancel their subscription fully, we also offer a Pause subscription option that provides continued access to certain platform features. Please know we'd like to address your concerns further and assist you in recovering any content you're expecting from creators. We'll be reaching out via email to ensure that we can help resolve these issues and provide a better understanding of the options available.
