“Have always been happy by the service from the secret garden but the last sale you had I did not get my complete order. One of the last charms I ordered was out of stock and I was asked to pick an alternative one. I am still waiting with no response from you.”

“I placed an order on 21/08/22, I received an email on 29/08/22 asking for feedback, I replied that I had not received my order so could not make a fair comment and I had assumed it was due to postal strikes. I received an email on 01/09/22 regarding shipment, on 02/09/22 email from Royal mail and the earrings were delivered. So hiccup in the beginning, but very happy with the purchase. Would recommend and will be shopping again at The Secret Garden.”
