“Having phoned the company I spoke to ADAM who was very helpful and arranged an appointment for Patrick Woods to view the property on 6th June...he was also very helpful...and gave me a briefing on the company procedure....with some advice and an offer to purchase the property...I did not feel pressured but did feel confident in the company..... Adam followed up telephonically and we discussed the situation...and I raised a few queries of my own.... As I have various personal issues it was left to me to get back to the company as and when I wished to go ahead.. I would certainly like to thank bother Adam and Patrick for their efficiency and kindness..”

“I wanted to get a cash price for a property and that is exactly what I got.There was no pressure,They came back to me twice to clarify details and were very efficient and professional.I am not in a position to proceed as I want to sell in the next financial year but will consider contacting again.I was prompted to approach them by a TV ad the previous evening.It worked well.”

“The sale was quick , sold within 1 day of being advertised. The buyer changed mortgage provider which delayed the completion (not home buyers fault) the appointed solicitors made the completion stressful due to not arranging new redemption figure. Over all happy with home buyers for constant communication but slightly saddened by completion due to solicitors”

“After my husband sadly passed away, I turned to the property buying company to help me sell my house. It took a while (through no fault of their own) but we got there eventually and I'm happy with how things went. If you're looking to sell your house for a reasonable price then these are the guys to turn to”
