“I used The Property Buying Company when my brother needed a quick sale to buy a property we really wanted. His property was sold within a week at a very reasonable price which was guaranteed from day 1. After that the sale and purchase went through quickly and we were kept informed all the way through. The girls in the office were very patient with my brother who was very awkward and didn't believe the company was genuine, as most of the process was done by telephone, but believe me they are!! The couriers they sent with the paperwork all appeared at the appointed times. So have no fear, if the price they offer you is acceptable, just go for it and move on.”

“You did it by selling my house quickly as I had to move back to the family home ASAP because my brother died suddenly and my mother who has alzeimers needs looking after. I cant remember much about the sale as it was about two years ago when you sold it.”
