“Thank you for taking care of everything for me. This was an easy procedure and I would tell peoples to use this company if needing a fast house sale like myself. I asked for help with paperworks from the solicitor and somebody even came to me to help me fill it in. Dziękuję!”

“Exceptional service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their property. We went through such a hard time as a family and when we finally made the decision to sell we wanted it to be a straight forward process. They really proved to us that selling your property is not as difficult as it seems. Great staff!”

“Very trustworthy company. I put a lot of faith into them with my property sale as I had never sold a property before. I got left my Mother's property and didn't even know where to start. They helped me get all the correct documents that I needed and made the experience nice and easy. Great company!”

“The communication was dreadful an offer was made and withdrawn the day before completion. Reluctantly stayed with them to allow them to find a buyer was then mislead with the resale value. Luckily we had the time to wait but if you are in a rush and are desperate for the money I wouldn't bother!”

Firstly thank you for your feedback Rachael, we always aim to offer the best possible service to our customers and feel saddened that we have not met your expectations. The Property Buying Company initially offered you £40,000 for your property to which you were happy with and agreed to, after carrying out surveys it was apparent that the property was valued significantly lower than we had both expected and we were unable to proceed at no cost to yourself. Rather than withdrawing completely we asked you if you would like us to find you a buyer, to which you agreed. we managed to find a buyer who was happy to pay more than we offered (£1000 more than we originally agreed) Yes, it did take slightly longer due to the buyer having to carry out extra legal works which was out of our and your control. At no point with the buyer were you tied into any contract and you had the option to sell to someone else at any point, you also was not liable for any costs during any of the process as they were taken care of by The Property Buying Company and once completed you received £1000 more than you had hoped for, receiving £41,000 rather than £40,000 We apologies it took a little extra time, we understood at the time you were pleased with the extra money your received. “We had a lovely 2-bed cottage that we turned into 1-bed and we struggled to sell it, we needed the money for a new house as we had a 1 year girl!! so we looked into the various online property companies. Most of them were really low offers and they did not care about what we had done and the reasons why etc! However, Justine at the property buying company actually took the time to talk to us and find out more and before we knew it we had a greed to sell for a reasonable sum and they took care of everything, even helped with advice on our new property which actually got me a better discount REALLY GOOD Online cash buyers are not for everyone but if you are looking for friendly helpful advice and not just a transaction then give these guys a call. Are we happy YES would we recommend them YES”
