“I ordered 3 candles and they smell amazing. The personal touches like the hand written note made it very special. Very quick delivery, eco packaging, what's not to like?!? Highly recommended.”

“Firstly, I am a HUGE fan of supporting small/local businesses so when my Mam introduced me to The Plant Workshop with a bespoke gift set (Lemongrass and Ginger) it came as no surprise to me to rush into Fenwick's and buy some additional products to bring back to Amsterdam with me. Sadly the Northumberland Street 3 Wick candles were out of stock HOWEVER, David was incredibly quick to respond to my emails querying international delivery (I had only just pressed send and the reply was instant!) and within 2 days of them being shipped, they were delivered in perfect condition today - would have been 1 day but my customs invoice was sent after DPD had already started their deliveries yesterday!! It now feels like I have an extra little piece of home with me in Amsterdam!! I absolutely CAN NOT fault the service I've received and will definitely be making more purchases in the future either when I'm in the UK or for international Delivery!!!”

“I've just found my new favourite place to buy candles (and diffusers)! From the first point of enquiry, to receiving the items, the service was second to none (you can tell how much they care about their products). The order was with me within 2 days, with free delivery, incredible! Love the items I bought, can't wait to try others (especially the Winter 2023 scent!). Thanks again!”

“Fantastic products that equal the quality and aesthetic of other high-end brands. I recently received an order and one of the hand soap pumps wasn't working properly; I reached out to them and Dave was kind to not just give me a call straight away but send me a couple of new pumps to try complimentary.”

“The most beautiful scented candles, reed diffusers, hand and body washes, all bottled in amber glass. I love browsing the plants etc, in the little Plant Workshop within Fenwicks, which nearly always ends in a purchase! The girls are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently ordered online, and my order arrived quickly and well packed. I loved the little hand written thank you note! Already looking forward to my next visit!”
