“Royal Mail didn't deliver the parcel as scheduled. In fact the original parcel has still not been delivered, however the team at One Stop Garden shop dealt with the matter and sent out a replacement item to complete the order. I can't stress how impressed I was with the customer service and professionalism of the team. The item was a gift and the gardener was over the moon with the replacement item.”

“I purchased the dibber. What a lovely piece of equipment. Robust and sturdy. Feels like a real old fashioned tool. It’s made from wood and stainless steel and is an absolute pleasure to use for planting bulbs even with osteoarthritis in my hand. Being stainless steel it just slides through the earth and comes out clean. Great packaging and postage. Came quickly. 10/10.”
