“Ordered a simple humble but winter essential product - clay pot feet. Order took a little longer than usual to arrive - the shop communicated this - no problem. Most problems are only problems if no-one tells you what's going on. Arrived in the most perfect and careful packaging you can imagine - cardboard box a snug fit, feet individually bubble wrapped, maximum protection.
