“Ordered a simple humble but winter essential product - clay pot feet. Order took a little longer than usual to arrive - the shop communicated this - no problem. Most problems are only problems if no-one tells you what's going on. Arrived in the most perfect and careful packaging you can imagine - cardboard box a snug fit, feet individually bubble wrapped, maximum protection. Such a striking level of care and attention to detail for such a minor purchase. Will definitely use these guys again for all sorts of things garden. Happy New Year, guys. Jude”
