“Many advisors if not all will tell you they will action your request asap , however the reality is that doesn't really happen, evaluations take weeks on end, mortgage offers even longer and nothing happens.
Inspite of the experiences I had I decided to try the mortgage library as well and although they charge a fee...believe me its worth it.
I reached out on a friday and despite the weekend, by monday I had made more progress than any of the other advisors i've used in the past.
