Lightsource is deeply committed to every client we take on and want them to feel a part of our team as we work alongside them. Our experts travel to the major lighting expositions and are constantly searching for new and innovative products. We also work with artisans and factories across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

“Our lights were delivered before the estimated time and we like the purchase. Also when contacting the team, they were quick to react and help. And the lights are great.”

“I am delighted with my new lamp and don’t have any problems with Lightsource but I was far from happy with the shoddy service from the delivery company Fastway . I have already complained to the distribution centre. The delivery man left my purchase in the garden of a vacant house and it was only sheer luck that a gardener found it. We were at home all day on the day in question and no one attempted to make a delivery. Then to confuse the issue we got conflicting messages from a tracking number . One stated attempted delivery return to depot and another said delivered in accordance with our COVID rules. I only got a tracking number when I contacted Tracy Burton at the Engine Room centre to query the expected delivery date. As I said the lamp is lovely and I am about to place an order for two more. But a service can fall on its weakest link. I have welcomed this opportunity to comment .Thank you .”

“Always very responsive to any enquiry. Anthony attends on site and come up with great designs and spec. Doesn't try to oversell and listens to what the client wants to achieve. Excellent backup from the office with any minor issues sorted out immediately. Overall, top quality service and products - that's why we keep going back.”

“The Lightsource team are brilliant to deal with, with an exceptional range of beautiful lighting. Staff are very accommodating when trying to help with queries or issues you may be facing.
