“Completely let when my iva didnt go through . Was left to try and sort out all my creditors after what was promised to them didnt happen. I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety , what happened left me completely desparate . I am still trying to sort things out now”

Bashira and Mark have been extremely empathetic to me as I was very nervous about entering the process and they have made it easy and reassured me at stages.
