“I was in a really bad place with the debts mounting up. I dealt with Sarah, her patience and professionalism at all times, really settled and reassured me. She guided me thru the whole process of an IVA, and was always on the other end of the line There was no judgement at all. Now that my IVA has been approved, I am relaxed about my finances, knowing that no creditors can contact me. I feel protected by the agreement. Best thing I ever did.”

“After years of burying my head in sand about my debt I decided I needed help, right from the beginning the team who delt with me was fantastic, kind , caring and kept in touch often. When worry would set in I rang Laura or spoke with haseeb or warren who guided me through my process.. great company and very thankful that I manage to succure my Iva and now can start rebuilding my future.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spoke to someone called Wes… at first Wes was fine, then Wes decided to not explain everything to me in a sneaky way & then was telling me to lie on multiple occasions to get approved. I get a wage & commission and he’s told me to not say I get commission. I then had to directly ask as he didn’t tell me, would my payment amount change as my wage is always different he then said yes after telling me prior it would be the same amount for 5 years. I told him I do not want to proceed. He then continues to call me to discuss when I’ve decided no already. He’s then sending me text message when I am at my grandmother’s funeral saying well what am I going to do about my situation… IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS - Forceful, Sneaky & rude. I will be following up with a complaint when I am back. That is no way to speak to somebody who is vulnerable, in financial problem or grieving. Makes me feel sick it’s allowed, can’t be legal”

“From rhe moment I spoke with Zainab I felt a boulder of anxiety released. There's a lot of shame attached to having debt, particularly when you are a proud, hard-working person that has just been dealt a financial blow for any reason. “I contacted Money Saving Advisors after feeling out of my depth with multiple smaller debts which added up to a much larger sum. I was struggling to keep up with when payments were due and my progress so far. I found all advisors extremely helpful and were able to answer all my questions, which there were many! All the process is obviously quite rigorous, it was made as smooth as possible by Zainab”
