“The customer service was quick and helpful. When I received my order, the finish was rough, and one leg was made from four different types of wood, which was very noticeable. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a second set.”

“Great product, but dropped one star as the packaging was now very envrionmentally friendly. The actual table top and legs were of high quality, but apart from the external box, everything was wrapped in non-biodegradable foam packaging. While I'm pleased it protected the items, there are now plenty of cardboad or other lightweight biodegradeable packaging available that could be used as an alternative to protect the items during transit.”

“The first legs sent were damaged on the surface so I contacted Hairpin Leg Co. and without delay they sent me a replacement pair. So excellent support in resolving the issue.”

“Legs look nice and sturdy but came with paint chipped. Looked like they were very well packaged, bunch of foamy layers. I think the problem was that the legs were taped together too tight, tore through the layers and got knocked in transport. Edit: company got in touch with me and we've resolved my issues to my full satisfaction. Also gave some feedback on packaging so hopefully my problem won't be repeating :)”

“Lovely hairpin table legs and great value, they look awesome on my office desks. Communication on delivery wasn't brilliant initially but sorted quite quickly via Whatsapp. Will definitely use again 👍”

“The HLC delivered all they promised. Spoiled regrettably by the courier. A delivery promised timed to a comical 10:44/11:44 never materialized because the driver 'could not get access to the address '. We are out in the country in a small village. What access problem could there be?? HLC's reaction to the above has been excellent. They did everything I would have expected them to do under the circumstances!”

“The legs look brilliant however I ordered satin brass legs and it came with silver screws. My only negative would be having to buy gold screws that matched the legs better. Delivery time was strong very efficient.”

“I ordered legs for my coffee table which I purchased from another company but the original legs were from Thehairpin company. I love the legs that I have brought to make the coffee table higher. Only one thing I noticed is even though both raw steel the quality is not as good as the original legs which came with the coffee table”

Hi Andrew, Sorry for your experience on the phone. I checked our emails from you and can see we already sent your VAT receipt yesterday morning. You also do already have a trade account with us, so should just be able to login at https://trade.thehairpinlegcompany.co.uk/ to place your order there. We replies to your email regarding this also. Maybe give us a call on Monday/Tuesday and ask to speak to either Adam, Philip or Tom. We can get your normal order refunded to reflect trade price and try to work out why you are not receiving our emails.
