“Ordered on a Sunday, delivery due Tuesday, received 8:50PM. Multiple phone messages saying that delivery would be by end of day Tuesday and then Wednesday. Contradictory responses from partner in the business. Claimed the messages received were advising of delay, despite not having seen them. Claimed all emails had been answered, then admitted they hadn't been. Sarcastic and unhelpful tone to emails and dodging telephone calls. Product is OK, overpriced but not an issue had delivery been as advertised. V slow delivery and poor response from business owner leads to an unhappy customer”

“Although I did experience a hiccup with this order, I am more than happy to award five stars to this company. The hairpin legs I ordered are of an extremely high quality, easy to fit and were just perfect for my project. Delivery was extremely fast too considering I live on the continent.”

“My second Hairpin Leg project! Just like the first set of legs, these are great quality and easy to fit- a great way to update furniture- this time, a traditional farmhouse table was given a facelift. As always, delivery was very speedy- they arrived the next day!”
