“I ordered a white table. Very quick delivery. The only problem is the wood is rough and appears untreated so will likely get stained. When wiping the table top the cloth catches on the wood and makes it hard to clean.”

“I ordered industrial box legs for a coffee table. The color was not what I expected and one leg was slightly damaged. Through this process, I emailed the company and they were extremely responsive, answered all my questions with responses that were informative and extremely helpful. I am a touch, look and feel type of purchaser and I certainly take onus for not asking questions about color prior to making my purchase. I made my decision off of website pictures. If the need arises, I will purchase additional products through Hairpin by exercising extra diligence on my end. The quality is exceptional.”

“We wanted to update our table as it was more pine country table and we had bought the new corner seating and the legs of the table didn’t work with it. The new legs have updated it and it looks fab, so easy to fit. They make it easy for us all to sit around and more up to date and industrial styling. All without buying a new table. Thank you.”

“Just a quick review and i would be leaving 5 stars as the product is great. However when received there were no feet supplied with the legs. I reported this by email and in a few days received the feet in the post. I had ordered three sets of legs and only received two sets of feet so once again reported the missing parts for a second time via email. When these didnt arrive in the first place i would expect someone to look to see how many legs were ordered and supply the correct number of feet. Silly mistakes but great products at a great price.”

“Absolutely fantastic company, the hairpin legs that we ordered to up cycle our old table were perfect for our project. They were strong, sturdy and heavy duty as advertised and even came with screws that were perfect for what we needed. Delivery was fast and communication throughout was exceptional. The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend this company. We are looking to make some stools next and they even have the legs we want for them”

“We bought the small birch ply dining table with grey formica top for our small kitchen. Top marks for style, quality and value for money. It's very hard to find a table that fits small spaces but can still seat 6 people. Finally, we can sit comfortably around the table at mealtimes. I would highly recommend the hairpin leg company for their wonderful modern designs and great service.”

“First, you send out three sets of unusabele, rusted box legs and as a replacement, you ship one set of regular hairpin legs which sets back my project for weeks now. Thanks for nothing. I hope I don't have to get Visa and my lawyer involved now to get my money back :-( Shame on you!”

Hi Michael, As explained by email, rust was an unfortunate issue that is very uncommon. We agreed to replace the items right away but a mistake was made on the resend by one of our new employees, who has now realised what happened and has learned from the mistake. I have apologised to you for this and already refunded as we have discussed. I understand this is very frustrating and you want to get your point across, but there really is no need to proceed to threats. We are a reputable company who cares about our customers and products and we accept the mistakes made. We would have also been more than happy to resend the correct items for you. You have ordered from us a few times in the past and I am sure you do know this too. Once again, we are really sorry for the issues and frustration caused here.
