“I don't like to leave negative reviews but I have been contacted twice now to leave a review but haven't received my full order yet - just the legs! I assume the issue is with the courier and have been told a further top will be dispatched but no date yet. I just have to keep chasing for updates and am a bit disappointed with the customer service so far. Hopefully when it arrives it will be nice ...”

Hello, I am sorry about this. Our system thinks your delivery was made and it just sent an automated email (you should have only got one though so sorry about that!). We have not found the top that went missing first time around and the next one is loaded into our system. We are just waiting for new packaging to turn up so will be able to dispatch by around Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Hopefully, once you get to the top you will be happy enough and kind enough to revise this review. :-)
