“Visited following the recent tv documentary about Aldi. Managed to purchase some packs of cured meats which are superb.”

“I had really high hopes for this great-looking product. Sadly, the vacuum packs meant that the meat slices were stuck together and could not be separated and presented. The flavour was fine but I couldn't buy again as it was impossible to use properly. A small tweak in how you pack these will make so much difference.”

We recommend removing the meats from their vacuum pack, leaving them to come to room temperature and then separating the slices. Hope this helps.

“I ordered from the Greek Farmer just after watching the programme re Aldi. Understandably the order was a bit longer coming as they were so busy, but I was kept informed along the way. Once received I realised that a jar of chilli jam had broken, but after I emailed The Greek Farmer they apologised and immediately offered to send a replacement. Overall good customer service and I will be ordering again in the future”
