“Lots of items were out of stock. Website clunky and slow. Well packaged on delivery. Quick delivery.”

“The rating is probably a bit unfair as the service and price were good, however you should get all facts about the wine correct. I ordered the wine because I like viognier particularly when it has a bit of age. Your claimed vintage was 2017 the actual vintage was 2022, 5 years is quite a difference. I only ordered 6 with the intention of ordering more if it was ok, I'll have to wait a couple of years now”

“Order (a Birthday gift) arrived one week late. There were reasons (parcel arriving at depot damaged) for this but I'm not sure I would feel comfortable ordering again, at least not for a gift for delivery on a specific day.”

“Update on my review posted on 2/3. The company gave me a 10% discount because of the missed delivery times so I'm grateful for that and shows good intention when it comes to customer service. Will use them again and hopefully be able to give them a 5* rating”

“I was refunded some money as there was two items not sent. When I received the refund I was informed of it BUT not why. I obviously believe it was because out of stock? I am extremely disappointed as I wanted these a gifts for friends.”

“I ordered a bottle of flavoured vodka for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive for 3 days. I emailed the drinks basket and they refunded me the difference between next day and standard delivery but I felt that as a gesture of goodwill and the inconvenience (there was a reason why I wanted next day delivery) they should have at the very least replied to my email apologising and refunded the delivery charge. I’m afraid I won’t be using the drinks basket again as I can’t be sure when I will receive my order.”

“Order was attempted to be delivered one day past the last delivery estimate day. As I was at work (which I wasn't the three days prior), I had a card put through the door to go and collect it from the post office. The next two days were the first of the postal strike, so I couldn't collect until five days later (bank holiday, too), meaning I was six days late receiving it. The cheapest price I could find on the internet, but only 2p cheaper than I can get it semi-locally. The bottle was very well packed, I must mention. Will I order again? Maybe.”

“Disappointing. Website offered bottles of 2017 which was what we specifically wanted to purchase. They delivered 2020 without letting us know that they didn’t actually have 2017 available and giving us the opportunity to cancel the order. They did offer to take the 2020 back but we decided to keep them as it was too much effort to return them.”

“I have recently purchased some drinks and a different item at a lower cost was delivered. I have emailed customer service and no answer yet. I do hope the issue will be resolved. Unfortunately the drink that I wanted was supposed to be a birthday gift and not being delivered was an inconvenient.”
