“Placed an order with this company, the delivery was missed and parcelforce messed me around. I contacted the Drinks Basket to see if they could help and they were excellent. Arranged a new delivery next day which has just arrived. Fabulous customer service from the Drinks Basket and a very happy customer .”

“So to be honest I was sent the wrong item from what I had ordered but after a phone call to The Drinks basket, I had the correct replacement product in my hands within 48 hours so can’t really fault the speed and service (and of course the product!) would definitely recommend and be back to reorder! “Ricard Pastis is difficult to get in the UK. Drinks Basket have it at a reasonable price with a tolerable delivery charge for multiple bottles. Arrived quickly while the weather was still almost Provencal!”
