“Unfortunately my order was delivered, but not to me. Although when I telephoned the company they were very helpful, that was a far as it went. Nobody rang me back to follow up where the parcel went, I had to phone twice again to check for updates, but on neither occasion did anyone call me. I tracked down The postman where I lived and sorted the problem myself and he obtained the parcel for me. Their customer service skills need to improve as when customers orders are misplaced we want to know where a £140 bottle of champagne is!”

“The Drinks Basket. Never previously used, but had good reviews and a difficult to get hold of Jack Daniels at a good price. So I ordered. The purchase arrived within a matter of days, as described, perfect condition, and really well wrapped and protected. To be honest that's all I want from a seller but it's surprising how many shops can't quite seem to get the basics right! I'm happy to say that The Drinks Basket met my expectations so I'll use them again. It's that simple. Recommended? Yes. Will I use them again? Yes.”
