“Even during the r-m strike 2 day delivery still got to me in 2 days Excellent service. What happened was the website picture was the old style bottle, but a new style bottle was delivered. I spoke to one of the managers to explain that Tesco near me have the new style bottles, so very happy with a £10 reduction. A good company”

“I was refunded some money as there was two items not sent. When I received the refund I was informed of it BUT not why. I obviously believe it was because out of stock? I am extremely disappointed as I wanted these a gifts for friends.”

“I understand there’s been postal strikes but I placed my order on 1st December and still not received anything on 8th of December. Contacted them on 8th of December and was told a second as on its way. Still nothing and it’s the 12th of December now.”

Annoying but I can appreciate these things are beyond your control and greatly appreciate your responsiveness to my queries on the status of my orders. 3rd year in a row that family are getting these shipments and all are looking forward to the special deliveries once again.”
