“Although the web site ordering section was a little difficult to navigate the item was very very promptly despatched and well packed. I will definitely use The Drinks Basket again”

“Really impressed. Placed my 1st order for a birthday present for my Mum as you can't buy this drink in the shops and I prefer to shop online right now due to the current situation. My order arrived on mum's birthday 5 days after order was placed. I received email a few days before to say order had been dispatched . Execllent service. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had been warned that delivery might take "a little longer than expected" (so far, nine days and still waiting), but to send me an e-mail seeking my good opinion before the goods have been delivered is not merely tactless, it is disorganised and does not inspire faith. I am presently wondering if I will ever get my goods.”

“Product was missing from my delivery. I have sent 4 emails over past 12 days with NO reply at all from the drinks basket. It seems the company do not deal with any issues/complaints regarding refunds. They take payment promptly enough, but when you encounter a problem and need a refund they are NOT interested. Terrible customer service. Completely ignored. Simply not good enough. Do NOT order from this company. AWFUL.”

“I have purchased 3 items from you web site but I’ve only received 2. I haven’t been contacted with regards to my final item bearing in mind they were all ordered at exactly the same time but as two separate orders only because the 3rd item was chosen after I’d ordered the first items. My mistake not yours. It was supposed to be tracked and signed for but I was out for the first delivery the second attempt was put on my step. By the time I git to the door the postman had left Again not your fault but the communication was lacking with being able to track the delivery Many thanks Fred”

“Good price, arrived sooner than estimated. Only problem, Parcelforce don’t give a time slot or send an email which day coming so missed first attempt then had to wait in all day until late afternoon on second attempt for delivery. DPD much better, give a 2 hour slot!!”
