“Reasonable prices, delivered in the time stated with be enjoying with friends at the weekend. As people have stated on other reviews, the packaging was a little damaged, this was the actual whiskey box on one of the two bottles I orderednot the outer packaging. This is a shame as overall the service is excellent, I am just glad that I wasn’t giving it as a gift.”

“I have been waiting for a missing order for days and every time I call up I can't actually talk to anyone helpful, you just get a receptionist that can't tell you any information about your order whatsoever, then you have to wait for someone that knows something to call you back which takes ages or more often than not they never do. I've literally chased them about seven times now and still nothing has arrived, they keep telling me it's at royal mail sorting office but I haven't received a card from Royal Mail so who knows. Very irritating waste of time so far.”
