“I ordered a bottle Of whisky from The Drinks Basket for a birthday present. The bottle that we sent was the wrong one, after emailing and 2 phone calls I have still had no response. Very poor service.”

“Great company to deal with. Have done on many occasions, BUT now I cannot get into my account to do another order. Have even tried to change my pass word but nothing happens !!!! For this reason I should have given them 1 star but that would be unfair”

“The wine is good value and packaged perfectly. My problem is the delivery firm. It took 5 phone calls to the drinks basket to finally get my boxes delivered. This was very frustrating and has made me unsure as to whether I would order again.”
