“My second time in ordering from The Drinks Basket and neither occasion has been a disappointment. There was a minor delay in my receiving my latest order but that had nothing to do with The Drinks Basket and everything to do with my not being at home to receive the package which the courier resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction.”

“Shocking! Wrong items delivered. I understand this can happen but the service afterwards trying to rectify this has been awful. Was told I'd get the right items and a returns label sent immediately, but still no sign. Subsequent phone calls have still not seen a resolution. Photos show actual order for 50x miniatures with a total value of approx 130gbp, actual items sent 4x bottles of something that you can buy on amazon for 7gbp a bottle!”
