“Came on time . Good value for money. Postage ok . But did not get any indication that Royal Mail was delivering. I popped out for 20minutes and missed delivery. Tried tracking number but there web page is rubbish and doesnt work..”

“When I put my card details in I did not receive anything that said my order had been completed or even an email confirming the order had been processed. My thoughts were my card had not cleared, I had actually gone out and purchased the large items again then my order came after that. Not impressed sorry”

“I received my delivery two days after purchase not know express wasn’t next day delivery therefore I messaged the company to ask for a refund but instead of explaining that it can be 1-2 working days instead of just 1 they just bluntly said ‘you’re parcel was sent monday’ to Which I replied saying I hadn’t received it the next day will anything get sorted for me, and they read this and ignored. I am aware that I was wrong about the delivery but I found the way it was handled was poor and blunt and extremely unhelpful”
