“Founf this compant by chance on the internet. They had what I wanted - it was in stock, and a good price in comparison. Very quick delivery, and well package for travel. It's a gift, so I can't comment on product, but I can't see why the recipient wouldn't be delighted! Would recommend”

“Not the greatest of customer service to be honest. They first sent me the incorrect product, and although the correct product has now been sent out. They are insisting I post the incorrect product back to them, risking myself in the middle of a pandemic. This was not my fault that they sent me the wrong item, so I think as a goodwill gesture they should have allowed me to keep the incorrect product, so I wouldn't have the hassle of returning the product back. They sent a pre paid returns label nut I will have to meet the costs of the packaging myself, which is very unfair. I asked them to get Royal Mail or a courier to pick the incorrect item up, but they refused this. Extremely disappointed with the service received.”

“Hi, received my order but had to chase a couple of times. apparently it was damaged in transit and another bottle had to be distributed. These things happen but the bottle was for a gift which i had to give post event. The disappointing element that the delay was not informed until i sent second chase up email.”
