“I ordered a bottle of champagne which was pictured next to a gift box, which was ideal as it was for a present. But the champagne arrived with no gift box. I emailed straight away but had no reply. I had to spend an extra £10 on a big gift box and tissue paper to make it look nice.”

“There was some initial confusion regarding the order - the wine delivered, although from the same estate, was different and could have been bought locally at a cheaper price. But, after bringing this to the attention of Drinks Basket, they agreed to pass a credit for some of the difference. The packaging was excellent.”

“Excellent customer service. You have to order on-line. Although I phoned up to see if I could have next day delivery and they double checked they had the drinks In stock I was ordering. Good email communication. Drinks arrived as promised. Will definitely use again.”

“Ordered a Remy Martin XO for what appeared to be the best market price. Sadly Royal Mail messed up the delivery however when I contacted The Drinks Basket they immediately sent a replacement next day delivery was was very much appreciated. Would absolutely use again, great, expedient customer service.”
