Order has arrived quick and within the promis however... £70 product arrived with damaged box. This has been purchased as a gift and i didnt have a time to get this replaced, otherwise i would send it back for a refund.

Absolutely appauling service and a complete rip off. I will be putting my reviews on all social media and review sites. Ordered a case of x10 botts red wine, 11th Dec. As per your website (Misterio Flichman Malbec) £7.70 bott. 13%ABV Vin 2012 cork opening. This should be the white lable with brown face mask (had this wine before from another merchant) I did NOT recieve any e-mail follow up or confirmation of delivery. I recieved the case and upon openeing and examination, the wine is only 12%ABV, Vin 2016 and is not the wine advertised or that I ordered. It has a dark red lable and I suspect a very inferior plonk to what I beleived was on order. I called your offices on Sat 15th Dec to ask what had happened and was informed by a male person that a member of staff from "customer Services" would definatly call me to sort out on Monday 17th Dec. No such call?? What customer service I ask? My first and last order from you. I will definetly advise others not to use your website unless they want bottles of vinegar.

Ordered an item, after five working days I'd had no email to say it had been dispatched so I sent an email to query this. I then had an email from PayPal advising me of a refund. No explanation or apology from The Drinks Basket. Quick look at the website and the item is out of stock. Sent an email expressing my disappointment in their lack of communication and unsurprisingly never received a reply. Definitely won't be using The Drinks Basket in future.

Wrong product delivered. I have called 4 times (always promised a call back), sent two detailed email messages, including one to request a returns form as per the returns page, two tweets and a Facebook message. No response from anyone. Very disappointing as have ordered the correct product twice before and received excellent service. Seems like if it goes well it goes very well, if something goes wrong it's impossible to get through to anyone. I will now be contacting my credit card company and requesting they reverse the payment due to product not as advertised, which they will do under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

Buyer beware! my whisky did not come with the same box as advertised with the bottle. So if you are buying this whisky as part of a collection and want this box go elsewhere!!

Ordered but didn't receive a confirmation email. Followed up with the company who said they had no record of the order, I therefore ordered again from a different company. A few days later the order turned up, so I emailed the company, who said they would sort it. After that I receive no further communications from them, despite numerous emails.

I have been waiting for a missing order for days and every time I call up I can't actually talk to anyone helpful, you just get a receptionist that can't tell you any information about your order whatsoever, then you have to wait for someone that knows something to call you back which takes ages or more often than not they never do. I've literally chased them about seven times now and still nothing has arrived, they keep telling me it's at royal mail sorting office but I haven't received a card from Royal Mail so who knows. Very irritating waste of time so far.

This is the second time I have used the drinks basket. The first time they sent a case of 2013 Rioja, even though it was advertised as 2011 (if they don’t understand the importance or the year in the business they are in, it doesn’t speak very well of them). But I thought I would try them again so ordered another case a few weeks later. This time, I received confirmation of my order and an indication of delivery in 3-5 days. After a week I phoned them, and someone said they would get straight back to me. They didn’t. So I phoned a second time the following day, and was told the same, that the person who would deal with this was “in a meeting” but someone would get back to me in about half an hour. They didn’t. The next day I phoned again, and was told someone would phone me later that morning. This time I did receive a call and was told they would send out a case on a 24hr delivery. This happened, but I received no apology and no explanation. So all in all not very impressed. They ask for reviews and promote how keen they are on customer service. I think they should read this review and look at their current working practices as it looks very much like they are disorganised and not very professional. It’s highly unlikely that I will use them again, which is a shame as I would have been a regular customer.

Ordered party pack ciroc 5 bottles. Unfortunately half of the bottles arrived leaking. Emailed customer services. Been 2 weeks no reply. Not a happy customer at all.

Delivery time took to long ordered on the 24th May arrived on the 4th June. I even had to chase the order up. I ordered the drink for a special occasion for Friday 1st June. This meant I had to go out and pay full price for more drink. Very disappointed.

Horrendous. From start to finish the experience was appallling. DO NOT USE. My product never arrived, and getting an explanation for this was beyond frustrating.

Well my experience was poor i ordered 3 bottles of drink one Xo Brandy For hundred plus pound and received a £34 bottle instead. I ordered bottle of LP Champagne that came with out the box And a bottle of rum. I sent all the good back the company only replied to my email after i had contacted paypal to claim a refund poor service and i would not use again

Sent the wrong product (not the same as shown in picture), was offered 10% refund and refund of p&p but never received. Frustrating as these were birthday gifts.

I ordered a bottle of champagne and the delivery address auto filled the same as the billing address. There was no option to enter an alternative delivery address. I made somebody on the phone aware of this. I then called, and emailed within 5 minutes of placing my order that the correct shipping address. It was confirmed by someone on the phone they had changed this for me, they hadn't. Now, we had a bottle of champagne sat at our head office (which is not where we are) somebody had to drop it to our office where we are, and now I have been told they have dispatched another bottle to the correct address (meaning the customer we were sending it too had to wait another 4 days) and now we have to go and pick up the returns label, and then go to the post office to send this back! Waste of time, will not be using again.
