“First you sent the wrong wine, I ordered Cloudy Bay Sauvignon 2016 and received 2017. Second I was horrified at the packaging - a huge box with each bottle separately wrapped in thick plastic. We are supposed to cut out using plastic to save the oceans. What is wrong with a good old fashioned cardboard box with cardboard insets?”

Hi Patrica Apologies about the year on the wine. If you had contacted us we can offer a full refund on the purchase. Regarding the packaging the inflatable bags reduce the chance of breakages and everything can be reused to transport bottles, if that's not required than all packaging is fully recyclable.
