“Very speedy and efficient ordering and delivery service. Very competitively priced products. Superb packaging! The only thing which surprised me is that I didn't receive confirmation of my order from The Drinks Basket via email. Only an email from the courier when the products were being shipped.”

“First you sent the wrong wine, I ordered Cloudy Bay Sauvignon 2016 and received 2017. Second I was horrified at the packaging - a huge box with each bottle separately wrapped in thick plastic. We are supposed to cut out using plastic to save the oceans. What is wrong with a good old fashioned cardboard box with cardboard insets?”

Hi Patrica Apologies about the year on the wine. If you had contacted us we can offer a full refund on the purchase. Regarding the packaging the inflatable bags reduce the chance of breakages and everything can be reused to transport bottles, if that's not required than all packaging is fully recyclable.

“We bought this champagne because it was excellent value for money and we are very pleased with the purchase. I found it incredibly easy to purchase, however it was delivered to our neighbour 2 doors away and we had no idea it had been left there!! No note through the door and the delivery person had even tried to deliver it to our neighbour in the first place!!! I feel we are lucky to have received it at all!!”
