“Unfortunately the delivery instructions I ascribed on your website did not transfer to Parcelforce's delivery instructions, so it took 3 attempts and a lot of wasted time getting the carton through my front door. Other than that the website is very easy to use.”

Hi Sir Apologies about the issues you faced, this is the same one star review as the one a below. You informed us that your parcel had not shown up, neither of us at this stage had any idea it was damaged, we then sent another one to you even though the first one was stuck in limbo. It was here that we can take some of the blame as we did not inform you of the tracking number of the 2nd parcel. The 1st parcel was then delivered to you smashed, and the 2nd one intact followed the day after. We could not issue any refunds as you had put a hold on the payment via Paypal, and now you have issued a claim to get the money refunded to you even though you have the products. Two members of our team have emailed you to get payment cleared but we have not heard anything back. Thank you Ron TheDrinksBasket

“Very Happy Indeed,to have found your Company.Our daughter when on holiday brought us back Myers Rum...We have always been Rum drinkers..Our Favourite tipple Black Heart went off the Market...Our Son told us when we were presented with our last bottle a very long while back,that he had found a wee shop with a few bottles gathering dust and couldn,t believe his Luck, that he bought the 3bottles they had...So he kept them for our Birthdays.Nothing else has matched our Black Heart til this Myers!! So finding your Site in Google has been like winning the Lottery for US..It was my hubby who thought for me to google it and so glad I did..Ordered on the Sunday and delivered on the Wednesday..Sunday didn,t count so this meant delivery only took 3days and it was standard delivery.Very Very Very Well Packed..So would like to "CONGRATULATE"you on First Class Delivery and Packaging.And Wish You "All The Very Best to You and Your Staff."And Hope Your Business will "GO FAR" We will most certainly be passing on your name to our Friends n Family and will be using you in the future.
