“Unable to give a review as still waiting for delivery of my order”

“I have had no correspondence at all and I am still waiting for delivery of my order which is now past my fathers birthday. I know there are problems with post but I ordered this on the 28th November and on the 5th December this still hasn’t been delivered”

“I ordered a bottle of flavoured vodka for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive for 3 days. I emailed the drinks basket and they refunded me the difference between next day and standard delivery but I felt that as a gesture of goodwill and the inconvenience (there was a reason why I wanted next day delivery) they should have at the very least replied to my email apologising and refunded the delivery charge. I’m afraid I won’t be using the drinks basket again as I can’t be sure when I will receive my order.”

“Placed an order and after 6 days have not heard anything.sent a email nothing .I phoned up to be told sorry we have refunded you as the wine was damaged . This was the first time I used this company and will be the last .very poor service .”
