“I ordered a bottle of champagne and the delivery address auto filled the same as the billing address. There was no option to enter an alternative delivery address. I made somebody on the phone aware of this. I then called, and emailed within 5 minutes of placing my order that the correct shipping address. It was confirmed by someone on the phone they had changed this for me, they hadn't. Now, we had a bottle of champagne sat at our head office (which is not where we are) somebody had to drop it to our office where we are, and now I have been told they have dispatched another bottle to the correct address (meaning the customer we were sending it too had to wait another 4 days) and now we have to go and pick up the returns label, and then go to the post office to send this back! Waste of time, will not be using again.”

“My order arrived so quickly, I was very impressed! I was pleasantly surprised with how well packaged the alcohol was, meaning there was a very minimal chance of the bottles smashing. I also loved their text service to let me know the time my item was due to arrive, and they also gave me the option of changing to another day for delivery. Overall, very impressed with the service!”

“I was first drawn to TheDrinksCompany for their very competitive price on my favoured Tequila brand, and then found their prices to be similarly modest on a number of other sprits that can be found residing in my collection. “I had ordered a bottle of Bacardi 8 as a gift for a rum drinking friend who only keeps bottles that come in boxes - the drink was shown on the site with a box but came without.. I then emailed to show my disappointment but have been thus far ignored!”
