“I ordered my gin in plenty of time for our gin night at the golf club. Ordered on the Tuesday for the event on the following sat. By the Monday I had not heard anything all my other gins from other companies had arrived( all ordered on the same day) . I phoned 3 times on the Monday to ask about the order, three times I was told nobody could speak to me from the correct department they would phone me back. I am still waiting for that phone call! I will not be using your company again.”

“The Moet Chandon pink champagne was ordered for a 21st Birthday. It did not disappoint! The presentation and wrapping was very tasteful and oozed decadence. It went down a storm and the young lady absolutely loved it at first sight. Thank you”

“I ordered a bottle of champagne and the delivery address auto filled the same as the billing address. There was no option to enter an alternative delivery address. I made somebody on the phone aware of this. I then called, and emailed within 5 minutes of placing my order that the correct shipping address. It was confirmed by someone on the phone they had changed this for me, they hadn't. Now, we had a bottle of champagne sat at our head office (which is not where we are) somebody had to drop it to our office where we are, and now I have been told they have dispatched another bottle to the correct address (meaning the customer we were sending it too had to wait another 4 days) and now we have to go and pick up the returns label, and then go to the post office to send this back! Waste of time, will not be using again.”
