“The choice of drinks available is fantastic for me. As a fan of Wenneker Apricot Brandy, I have been unable to buy this in any shop in recent years so was great to find it here. Also, it is the first time I have found my favorite Amarula in a gift pack with glasses. The order arrived quickly and everything was very well packed. Excellent service. Will definitely order again and recommend to friends.”

“Good value, but packaging could have been better. The bottle pack was wrapped in bubble-wrap but it could move around freely inside the outer box. Still, it made it without damage.”

“Delivery time took to long ordered on the 24th May arrived on the 4th June. I even had to chase the order up. I ordered the drink for a special occasion for Friday 1st June. This meant I had to go out and pay full price for more drink. Very disappointed.”

“As I couldn't manage your on-line ordering system, I gave my order over the telephone to a manager. Unfortunately, there was an error made with the ordering, but the manager assured that he would notify despatch/warehouse and there wouldn't be a problem. He sent me the amended order form by email and this confirmed that his error had been amended. However, when the order arrived it was incorrect and the amendment had not be actioned. This necessitated a few telephone calls and anxious times on my part, but the helpful manager did eventually oversee the correct details and I received the correct order, with a return adhesive postal slip provided I sent back the incorrect order. Ultimately, it was most disappointing that the order was 4 days late for a 60th birthday present. Kind regards, Ian Whittaker”
