“This rating is more reflective of the Post Office a24 hr tracking service which The Drinks Basket chose to use as a delivery method it seems in the view of the post office 24hrs = 5 days! Drinks Basket refunded my £6.99 postage charge however that was all they could do and I was left in limbo for several days not knowing if it was going to arrive in time or not.”

“I was very disillusioned when I tried to purchase the same whisky from Amazon through a third party seller and the service and communication was terrible to say the least.Iwas sceptical about buying online again but I needn't have been.The service and process from start to finish was five star and I would recommend the DRINKS BASKET to anyone. Thank you.”
