High delivery costs so only made it worth while by ordering multiple bottles. They cancelled one without any communication meaning the delivery charge per bottle effectively doubled without option to agree to the new sale contract. Would not use again.

I understand there’s been postal strikes but I placed my order on 1st December and still not received anything on 8th of December. Contacted them on 8th of December and was told a second as on its way. Still nothing and it’s the 12th of December now.

I have had no correspondence at all and I am still waiting for delivery of my order which is now past my fathers birthday. I know there are problems with post but I ordered this on the 28th November and on the 5th December this still hasn’t been delivered

Placed an order and after 6 days have not heard anything.sent a email nothing .I phoned up to be told sorry we have refunded you as the wine was damaged . This was the first time I used this company and will be the last .very poor service .

after a rather large order, I received products missing from the order, I wrote back to customer service and even now no one has answered to tell me what happened (they don't have the product in stock or they didn't put it in), I paid for something I didn't have received, do not recommend

Worst experience ever stay away at all cost made my best friends wedding a nightmare and they collected money and they never supplied the drinks. Please avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!

Cannot give a good review because I have yet to receive my wine! Postal strikes were used as an excuse but wearing very thin now. Also really slow to answer emails! I am still waiting to hear!!!!!!!

I ordered 6 bottles of MARLBOROUGH Sauvignon Blanc Graham Norton. I checked the picture of the bottle and the advert several times before committing to the order as it’s so hard to find now. I received the South African western cape which is nowhere near as nice. I emailed to say I would keep them but was not happy and heard nothing. Won’t be using the company again.

Atrocious service. I’ve been in contact, so to speak with this company since Wednesday. Promised me to get back to me. No one has. I’ve been a good customer with them. Still no wine delivered. Don’t buy from them.

Ordered a gift and paid extra for gift wrapping. The bottles came and weren’t gift wrapped and the written gift card had the wrong message on it.

Searched and paid £25 via Amazon for 1 litre Finlandia Vodka. Only received a 70 cl bottle valued at £15. Nice margins for Drinks Basket. Of course no reply from Drinks Basket when asked for incremental overpayment to be repaid. Not a very decent company in my opinion. I hope this is read before purchase to avoid any disappointment. I wish I did my research as this story is repeated on the Internet from others.
