“Placed order few days went buy did not hear anything had to take the time to contact the drinks basket to inquire about my order . Was informed by the gentleman on the phone they had made a mistake with my Oder and apologised and informed me that one of the items was out of stock . For the inconvenience caused he refunded my postage and refunded the item that was out of stock and sent me 2 bottles of the item that was in stock . The items were sent by Royal Mail 24 was delivered the next day . I was impressed that how they delt with my order I know mistakes happen at times and the drinks basket handed this very professional and made me happy as a customer . Thank you”

“We had been in Portugal for a girls week holiday in June to celebrate a friends 50th Birthday and were drinking this Prosecco on returning home to Scotland we couldn't this product anywhere. On searching the internet this item came up on The Drinks Basket website, I was so pleased to have found this product and more so when I sent 3 bottles as a present to the birthday girls she was ecstatic. The ease of ordering and the delivery was first class.
