“Very happy with service and delivery, not happy about the amount of plastic packaging used, please find an alternative. We use corrugated paper in our deliveries, it is perfectly adequate & recyclable/compostable”

“Made an order for 15 bottles of buckfast, received 12, wrote straight away to complain and ask for a resolution and haven’t received a reply in over 4 days. Can’t say I’m atall pleased and definitely won’t be returning. Low quality customer service.”
