“Order placed 2/12/17 with 48 hour delivery via Royal Mail. Still not received on the 8th. Contacted company who stated they would send replacement with alternative courier if not received on the 9th. No delivery. Contacted company on 9/12 . No one available only 'receptionist' who is very pleasant but can do nothing. Have contacted the company 3 times since. Promised call back each time as no one available to assist me. Last call back promised at 4pm on the 10th. Still nothing. They are not interested. We chose because of previous good reviews but I think this may be a company to avoid. Zero customer service if things go wrong.”
