“poor customer service, I called them on Thursday to ask why I could not order more than 7 bottles. still waiting for a call back some 2 days later! but no worries went off to Mag**** today and spend a few hundred. bet this will not stay up for you to read for long?”

“Order 3x1lt bottles of JD as they where cheap then the supermarkets. Came home only to find a note from our postman to say they where unless to delivery the package as I need to paid £3 due to Insufficient postage paid! I then email TDB on the Saturday asking for someone to contact me on the monday, it's now 3 days later and still no response.”

“Down side was my first order was cancelled without notification, the second order arrived without drinks case as displayed in photo and none of 3 emails sent were replied to. Up side was the second product ordered arrived on time and staff were helpful on phone.”

“Ordered very late on a Sunday night. Read reviews next day as I started to worry as never heard of the site before . Reviews were mixed, so I became bit concerned. However received confirmation of order and tracking number. My order was easy to track and received within 4 days. Great service. Well packed and would use this site again.”
