“The sign of good service is not always when everything goes right but how a problem is fixed when something goes wrong! We had a leaky bottle arrive and The Drinks Basket sorted out the issue without any fuss and in the minimum of time. Fantastic back up/customer service and I would highly recommend this company if you're shopping for something special!!”

“I was so pleased when I found your site and that you stocked a wine I have been trying to get for a long time My friend and I had it about 20 years ago and was offered it to drink as a joke because of its name well it’s a special birthday for her this year a big Zero one so I am so pleased I’ve been able to purchase it Your site was so user friendly to use and arrived four days later safe and sound My one slight criticism is and it’s not your fault as you have used Royal Mail as your delivery service sadly although the driver was friendly enough I wasn’t happy that he came to my door smoking a cigarettes but as I say that not your fault Will defo be coming back to your site in the very near future and telling both family and friends about the little gem I’ve found”
