“Paid for next day delivery at 2.30pm and my order was delivered by 11.00am the following day! (and that wasn't UK Mainland!!) Very competitive prices and an excellent customer service. Well done Drinks Basket!”

Hi Tu Apologies about the issues you faced. The order was sent on time but was damaged in transit, the first we knew about this was when you called and said you hadn't received the order. As the whiskey you had ordered was quite high end we had only hold 18 bottles at a time. We then awaited the return of the damaged order which we received and processed. We then attempted to fulfill the order as much as possible (12 bottles) the payment was frozen by you, which we fully understand as you were worried. We spoke to you explained the situation and told you we will send out 12 bottles. These were sent on 24 hour delivery. Apologies again for the issues you faced a member of team will contact you shortly.

“Excellent service, prompt delivery and well packaged. I can make use of the packing materials too rather than consigning them to the bin. Prices for the products I purchased most competitive. “My first order did not arrive even though it had a signed for signature it was not mine so they sent me out another order it arrived within 48hrs I have purchased a second box of Larios and paid the extra postage it arrived within 24 hrs You can't buy this gin in the supermarkets my husband loves this gin it may cost a bit more but it is well worth it Customer Service are outstanding”
