“The drinks selection is huge and far more comprehensive than supermarkets or off-licenses which is fantastic, and everything I wanted to order was in stock. I understand that the order needs to be signed for when received, however taking it to a Post Office instead of a Post Depot for collection (if delivered when out) is hugely inconvenient. Reading Post Office is in the middle of town with no parking nearby, so I had to lug a large box containing six bottles some distance, whereas Reading Depot has parking directly outside. I wouldn't be able to order again unless the parcel could be taken to a Depot.”

“web page is a little misleading-made a purchase only to find out after transaction was completed that your company does not ship to the USA. I visited the UK last month and bought itiems in local stores and had them shipped home to USA with no problem!!!! what gives with YOUR shipping DEPT.? Bob Rehberg”

“Service was prompt and efficient, good communication between company and customer re order. Item came as described and was extremely well packaged.. Wine is a gift and will be very much appreciated as it has been sampled before. It is very difficult to purchase such a wine in the Highlands of Scotland so thank you very much for your very good service, would highly recommend and definitely use again... Thank you.”
